a tender retreat with captivating charm

swift check-in convenient hours

I found the quick check-in process comforting. I got to the room swiftly and began my holiday. the pool was lovely with its convenient opening hours, as it ran from 10 am to 7 pm. i was so happy.

during the stay, i found that the lifts sometimes took a while. this led to waiting periods, particularly during busy times. it caused delays that slightly impacted the ease of moving around the hotel.

the staff always presented themselves with a warm demeanor, this made it easy to approach them. the team displayed a great level of care that enhanced my sense of belonging .

The standard double room included daily cleaning services. Each day, i would return to find everything neat. fresh towels were provided daily. This maintained a feeling of comfort and luxury. the room provided a cozy atmosphere, this added to my sense of calm.

The all-inclusive option. The food selections offered something for everyone and removed stress. the proximity to the beachfront allowed easy access to the sea. This provided good beach visits. the whole experience was lovely.

underwhelming stay

disruptive cleaners raw food

the pool was open with convenient hours, from 10 am to 7 pm.

Cleaners came at 9 am and entered the room immediately after knocking, disruptive. the italian experience was far from good, with raw food. the all-inclusive food selection was limited and often cold. I ended up eating out.
